  • JULY

    Begin discussion of revisions or additions to bylaws or policy sheet during monthly meeting. Questions or comments can be shared during general meeting or directly with NPU-E Officers. Feedback and drafted language is aggregated and shared via online draft documents available through website.

  • AUGUST

    Continued public discussion and detailed review of all drafted language during monthly meeting.

  • SEPTEMBER

    NPU-E votes to adopt governing documents and/or any amendments at monthly meeting. The governing documents are adopted with a simple majority vote of the general body.

    Please ensure you qualify as a voting NPU-E Resident by reviewing the City of Atlanta Code of Ordinances.

  • OCTOBER

    NPU-E nominates candidates for the three NPU-E Officer positions: Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary. NPU-E Officer candidates must actively hold a seat on the NPU-E Board. Officers are nominated and elected by a simple majority vote of the general body.
